WebStandardsAwards.com - I agree with most of their picks, but the two that really stuck out are:
gedimo.lt and
frozentoast.com. Both sites are beautiful, have decent source, do not render in quirks mode, are standards compliant, AND neither contain useless flash movies. They work in
tnn, but obviously look better in a
real browser.
