(Ralph, you're going to get a kick out of this one...)
Today Ern informed me that he accidentally over-wrote code that I had written, that he didn't even know existed. Basically, he didn't svn update (AKA get latest) the code on his machine after I committed (AKA check-in) some changes. Then when he went to commit his code, he got the conflict warning siren. Some how he psychic-ly knew that he would need to refactor my code, before he even saw it. Ern has not only mastered the art of refactoring, he's also starting to master prefactoring.
