After a bunch of laziness, I finally fixed the W3C Validity of the main page of this site tonight. I've been trying to make my modifications without re-compiling, and so far I've been successful. Someday maybe I'll even get the individual posts to validate.

We're making sausages! It has a catchy loop and the animation is kinda mesmerizing at full screen. It's been playing for about 20 minutes nonstop, originally to annoy my finacé on the other side of the room but I'm still not sick of it. I'm debating whether I should start putting these into my del.icio.us with a ytmnd tag or something.

Not really, but from the sounds of this article, Futurama wasn't that far off. I love the Pepsi/Coke bit from that episode:

My TiVo's been downloading the Rocketboom vlog for a few weeks now. Each episode is only a few minutes long and the content is really random. There's something about it that makes me keep watching it though. If you have a TiVo (probably series 2 only, with broadband) look for it in that Showcases section next to TV Guide.

These guys are like the Chuck Norris's of beer. Except they don't have beards or roundhouse kicks. Plus there's three of them, so I guess they're more like the three amigos or the three musketeers, or maybe the three stooges or something. In any case I look forward to their new column in the D&C.

I've been aching to make another batch of homebrew, but with our upcoming wedding, it's been on the back burner. I hope they let me help out with their home-brewing experiments. I'm always trying to get others interested, but usually all they end up doing is drinking my beer.

I saw this on gizmodo. Even though it sounds gruesome, I was wondering what was at fault for the accident: the cellphone, the SUV, or the woman driver? If The Tipping Point has taught me anything, it's that it was probably a combination of all 3.

Autoblog says that the X Prize Foundation is considering a contest for the improvement of gas mileage and manufacturing processes of automobiles. How sweet would that be? I think it's genius.
